I love the romantic and clean look of this room.
I also love the look of this room so am going to mix the two styles together.
I have this print and I absolutely love it! Can't wait to hang it!
This is my dream light for the space. I'm hoping to order it soon before it
goes out of stock.
I love these curtains and how the terrariums mimic the shape of the lamp.
I love those subtle details in a room. Makes it feel cohesive whether you
notice it or not.

What do you think?
I'm off to write 500 words. Something I'm doing to start the writer in me again. Am so worried it has disappeared forever.
Love, C
I like it! The first picture, the romantic one, has me completely twitterpated ^_^ I'm not too fond of the second one, but I know that's your style too, and I'm certain that you're going to make the blend look fabulous. Also, I agree with your thoughts about the curtain's print and the lamp bringing a subtle cohesiveness. I think that's important. It makes the place seem settled and finished, which gives it the feeling of peace that you want. "Unfinished" rooms make me anxious and unsettled.
ReplyDeleteYour "writer" disappeared forever? Hardly, darling. And if so, then you must have been a literary force to be reckoned with before the disappearance, because your writing now is captivating.
Thanks Cassandra! I know I love the romantic one so dreamy!!
DeleteThanks for the sweet note about my writing. You Are The Best!
A room of one's own. Isn't that the shtick? :)
ReplyDeleteWriting. Yes. I'm so there with you. I love that you've been rocking that this week. I need to do that. I want, so very badly, to be a writer, but I'm afraid of it. I'm afraid to fail. I'm afraid to succeed. I'm afraid to work on it. ...so I don't. I let it ebb. And now, I worry that it will (or already has) disappeared from me, too. (Rationally, I'm pretty sure it hasn't. But I never listen to Rationality when I'm upset.)
